Energy Score and Personalized Health Insights
One of the standout additions in One UI 6 Watch is the Energy Score feature, which now reaches a wider array of Galaxy Watch models. This feature provides users with an overview of their overall health using scores derived from multiple health metrics, including sleep, activity, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability. Powered by Galaxy AI, the update also brings personalized health recommendations aimed at helping users improve their well-being.
Enhanced Sleep Tracking with Advanced AI Algorithms
The update introduces a more robust sleep tracking system, enhanced by an advanced AI algorithm that offers more accurate insights into sleep patterns. New metrics include tracking movement during sleep, sleep latency, heart rate, and respiratory rate. Additionally, the Sleep Apnea feature, previously limited to select models, is now available on a wider range of Galaxy Watches, providing more users with critical sleep health monitoring.
Fitness Features One UI 6: Race and Workout Routine
For fitness enthusiasts, One UI 6 brings exciting new features. The Race feature allows users to compare their current performance with past workouts, offering a competitive edge for tracking progress. Meanwhile, the Workout Routine feature allows users to create personalized workout plans by combining different exercises, further enhancing their fitness experience.
AI-Powered Smart Features for Daily Use
Samsung continues to improve everyday usability with the update’s AI-powered utilities. One of these is the Suggested Replies feature, which provides users with AI-generated responses to messages when paired with a compatible Galaxy smartphone. Additionally, a new Double Pinch gesture functionality has been introduced, enabling users to control their paired smartphone by answering calls, dismissing alarms, taking photos, and more—all through simple gestures on the Galaxy Watch.
With the One UI 6 Watch update, Samsung is further cementing its commitment to providing a smarter, more personalized smartwatch experience, whether for fitness, health, or day-to-day use. The rollout to a broader range of Galaxy Watches ensures that even users with older models can enjoy the latest in AI-powered technology, making the update a highly anticipated one.
